Hours

Coffee Bar is available for private rental 24/7. Rates vary with respect to café business.
Cafe hours: Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm, Saturday and Sunday: 8am – 6pm
Peak business hours are from 8am to 4pm daily.

Rates

Standard Private and Corporate events fall into a range of $300 – $500 per hour for venue pricing with respect to time of day, all events are subject to an additional hour of time for set up/clean up.

Table/Space Reservations

We are happy to accommodate daily table reservations for groups eating at Coffee Bar. Groups larger than 6 people staying for over one hour may be assessed a small service fee for a reservation; depending on time of day. Groups over 40 people will require an exclusive venue rental.

Food

Coffee Bar has three in-house options; we offer the regular cafe menu, our special events catering menu or work with our chef to provide a custom menu for your guests. All menus provide options for dietary restrictions including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian. Please contact us for pricing and more information. Outside caterers may have access to our kitchen facility.

Beverages

We are licensed and insured to serve beer and wine. Liquor however, is not permitted. We provide alcohol rates by open bar, hosted bar or cash bar. Non-alcoholic drinks include carbonated beverages, Five Mountains tea, and our entire line of coffee beverages. We are able to stock preferred items that are unlisted. Outside alcohol is subject to corkage fees.

Gratuity

During the quoting process, please expect up to 20%  in service fees. This covers staff gratuities, an event coordinator, small wares breakage, taxations, and a health care surcharge.
